Traunstein / Kammlach, 13.03.2025

  • Energy Partners GmbH from Traunstein has installed a 750-kilowatt peak (kWp) photovoltaic system at the JYSK logistics center in Kammlach, providing green electricity for self-consumption.
  • The system contributes to CO₂ reduction and energy efficiency at the logistics site.
  • Future collaboration: Energy Partners is already planning two additional projects with JYSK SE.

Energy Partners GmbH from Traunstein has successfully completed its first project with the Danish home goods company JYSK SE. In the municipality of Kammlach, in the Unterallgäu district, a photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of around 750 kilowatts peak was installed on the roof of the JYSK logistics center. From now on, the logistics hall will be supplied with green electricity, which will be used for self-consumption.

The Kammlach logistics center, along with other logistics centers, plays a central role in supplying JYSK stores in Germany, France, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland. With the new rooftop photovoltaic system, Energy Partners makes an important contribution to sustainable energy supply, producing solar power for the self-consumption of the JYSK logistics site.

“The completion of this project marks another important step in our mission to accompany companies on their way to a sustainable energy future. The system was designed here for optimal self-consumption to reduce CO₂ emissions and efficiently and sustainably meet JYSK’s energy needs,” says Matthias Giller, Managing Director of Energy Partners GmbH.

Daniel Schöniger, Logistics Director of JYSK SE, emphasizes: “As an international company, we take responsibility for a sustainable future. The installation of the photovoltaic system at our logistics center in Kammlach is an important step in making our energy consumption even more environmentally friendly. We are pleased to have Energy Partners as an experienced partner at our side to support us in achieving our sustainability goals.”

The collaboration with JYSK is set to expand in the future – two additional projects are already in progress.
