Rising energy costs, stricter regulatory requirements and ambitious climate targets present complex challenges for businesses and owners of large-scale properties. At the same time, decentralised energy supply is becoming increasingly important in the wake of the energy transition – particularly for energy-intensive industries and large-scale commercial sites.
Energy Partners was founded in 2024 as a subsidiary of MaxSolar GmbH and is a specialist infrastructure provider for Industrial and Commercial customers (C&I). The company develops and implements bespoke, holistic energy solutions with the aim of facilitating companies’ access to economical, sustainable energy and supporting them in the long term as they transform their energy supply.
Thanks to MaxSolar’s many years of experience, Energy Partners is already a leading infrastructure provider for commercial and industrial energy solutions.
Energy Partners’ range of services covers both the structural and operational design of modern energy infrastructures: by concluding onsite and offsite Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Energy Partners enables a long-term supply of affordable, green electricity whilst also providing a high degree of price and planning security.
In addition, Energy Partners designs and installs Photovoltaic systems, Energy storage solutions and Electric vehicle charging points, thereby creating integrated energy systems that are optimally tailored to the specific requirements of each site. All energy components are intelligently networked and controlled via the AI-powered Energy management system ‘EPSherpa’. This optimises energy flows, reduces peak loads and unlocks additional potential for efficiency and cost savings.
Energy Partners also acts as an intermediary and service provider for Specialist photovoltaic partners via a digital B2B platform. This platform streamlines the entire installation process and simplifies the submission, processing and management of energy projects.
Energy Partners’ client base includes companies throughout Germany and Austria, owners of large roof areas, property operators and specialist partners looking to implement energy projects in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) sector.
