An exciting and informative online information event took place yesterday, Thursday, which was organised for association members in collaboration with our partner, the Verband Verkehrswirtschaft und Logistik NRW e. V. - VVWL. In this free event, Anastasia Segovia Astorga, our Business Development Manager, and Felix Plöchinger, Key Account E-Mobility at Energy Partners, presented customised energy solutions specifically for the logistics sector.
The webinar provided participants with valuable insights into the latest developments in the field of commercial rooftop photovoltaic systems, battery storage systems (BESS) and e-charging stations. Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), which enable a long-term, cost-effective and sustainable power supply, were of particular interest to the audience.
Another focus of the event was the future of electric logistics. Anastasia and Felix explained how companies can not only increase their efficiency through the use of e-charging stations and rooftop PV, but also actively contribute to reducing CO₂ emissions. In addition, concrete solutions were presented on how companies can improve their ESG goals by focussing on green technologies and reducing their emissions.
