Last week, the eActros Entrepreneur Day took place at the Oberhaus in Passau – an exciting event organised in collaboration with our customer Paul Nutzfahrzeuge. The focus of the event was the new eActros, a fully electric truck from Daimler Truck, which, with a real-world range of over 500 kilometres, is already impressively demonstrating its practical suitability for freight transport.
In his presentation, Felix Plöchinger, our EP Key Account Manager E-Mobility, showed the economic savings potential that can be achieved by using e-trucks in combination with photovoltaics, battery storage, e-charging infrastructure and intelligent energy management.
The Entrepreneurs' Day provided an exciting opportunity for exchange with numerous medium-sized companies and highlighted how e-trucks, in conjunction with local energy generation through photovoltaics and battery storage, can become a real competitive advantage, even without subsidies.
