MaxSolar has announced the founding of its subsidiary Energy Partners GmbH, based in Traunstein. As a general contractor, the company has been offering turnkey solar solutions in the rooftop & electromobility segment for companies in the industrial and commercial sector as well as for property managers since 1 January 2024.
With innovative business models, B2B customers are supported across all sectors in the field of renewable energies and all services are offered from a single source. These include a comprehensive range of products: PV rooftop and carport systems as well as electromobility, commercial storage and energy management solutions.
In this context, the company is also introducing a digital B2B platform that offers EPC specialist partners exclusive access to innovative energy projects and maps the associated handling processes. The specially created platform, which can be registered for at www.energypartners.de, offers the network of specialist partners and roof surface owners the opportunity to view the project status at any time and retrieve all project data within the ongoing projects. By working with a network of specialist partners who interact via the platform, the concept aims to close the installation gap in the market segment between 135 kilowatts peak and 750 kilowatts peak. In doing so, the company also aims to drive forward the transformation and digitalisation of this sector.
‘The spin-off is an important step towards being able to react more quickly to market changes and better utilise opportunities and potential,’ explains Matthias Giller, Managing Director at Energy Partners. ‘Energy Partners aims to expand in the fast-growing market of commercial and industrial rooftop photovoltaics and is focusing on the digitalisation of processes.’ The focus is therefore on larger industrial projects, which puts Energy Partners in a unique position in the B2B sector compared to existing offerings from the competition, which currently focuses primarily on the B2C sector. ‘Whether as an EPC service provider, as a contractual partner in long-term electricity supply contracts or with the Energy-asa-Service package, we are the partner for tapping into sustainable energy sources while remaining cost-efficient,’ emphasises Matthias Giller.
